Our story began when entrepreneur Jim Conlon made the leap from the construction & property sector into the hospitality and leisure industry in 2012. His strong work ethic and visionary approach saw the group expand its portfolio rapidly and across a range of sectors throughout the UK and Ireland from bars and restaurants to Gyms and hotels.
