This large scale project saw the complete transformation of the existing property. Works began with the partial demolition of existing detached dwelling to allow for the addition of a large extension to side and rear.

The Conlon construction team then performed a complete internal and external refurbishment with the addition of full roof replacement to form an attic space and dormer window.
