The Conlon construction team designed, specified and managed the redevelopment of this prime site from start to finish. The logistical change from a butchers to a hot food outlet with takeaway and sit in presented the need for some substantial structural additions. Combined with the design decision to expose entirely the period features and expose the beams leading to the second floor so as to have the floor floating above diners heads created its own set of challenges but the team delivered one of Belfasts most unique spaces to sit and dine.
