This ambitious renovation project was undertaken to breathe new life in to a faded part of Belfast City Centre and to bring a new offering to a classic Belfast landmark. Conlon construction undertook a detailed project to expand and modernise the facilities at this space with a strong nod to its heritage. 

Our team completed extensive structural repairs and additions to facilitate a better use of the building. An exceptional scheme of shop fitting complimented by traditional fixtures and fittings give authenticity to this true icon of the city.
